Jason has loved cooking since a child and received his Culinary Degree at the International Culinary Institute of America in Fall River, Massachusetts. He trained under Master Chef George Karousos and had the opportunity of onsite learning in his five-star restaurants and catering venues in Bedford, Massachusetts and Newport Rhode Island.
Since his formal education Jason has used his culinary skills in many restaurants while learning various ethnic cuisines. He is a master at meal planning and catering - from a simple dinner to a fancy feast for a large crowd. It can be a simple brunch to a full blown pig roast, his motto is, "If you have the vision,
I can help make it happen".
Chef Jason believes that with his culinary skills in today's "new normal", he can bring his work to you in your home or private venue so that you can host a party or gathering that YOU can actually sit back, relax and become a GUEST AT YOUR OWN PARTY.
